1. Privacy at a glance
The following notes provide an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.
In short: This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or advertising services and builds no user profiles. Fonts are stored locally on our server. We process personal data only when you actively write to us — via the contact form, by email or by telephone. The only thing stored on your device is your decision to dismiss the notice about the other language version (see section 4).

We have not appointed a data protection officer; the conditions of § 38 BDSG do not apply to us. For any data protection matter you can reach us using the contact details above.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider:

The website is stored as a static file in Scaleway's object storage in the Paris region (fr-par). Processing takes place exclusively on servers within the European Union; no transfer to a third country takes place.
We use this host in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and in order to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is technically necessary for the operation and security of the website. It is not merged with other data sources, and we do not use it to analyse user behaviour. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies. Neither technically necessary nor analytical or advertising cookies are stored on your device. A consent banner is therefore not required.
We use no web analytics, tracking or advertising services — in particular no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta/Facebook pixel, no TikTok pixel, no Google Ads and no LinkedIn Insight Tag. No user profiles are created and no data is passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Language preference (local storage)
If your browser prefers a language other than the one currently displayed, we show a notice at the top of the page pointing to the other language version. If you dismiss that notice using the "×", your browser stores a single entry in local storage ("localStorage") so that the notice is not shown to you again.
That entry contains nothing but the fact that the notice was dismissed. It stays on your device, is transmitted neither to us nor to any third party, and allows no conclusions to be drawn about you. It is stored solely for the function you triggered and is strictly necessary for it (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), so no consent is required. You can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.
Which language your browser prefers is evaluated in your browser alone, in order to show or hide that notice. This information is not transmitted to us and is not stored. There is no automatic redirection — you change the language yourself.
5. Web fonts
To display fonts consistently, this site uses web fonts. These are installed locally on our server and are loaded exclusively from there. No connection to servers operated by Google or other third parties is made, and no data is transmitted to third parties.
6. Contacting us
Contact form
When you write to us via the contact form, we process the details you enter — your enquiry type, name, company (optional), email address and your message — in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We also transmit the language in which you completed the form, so that we can reply to you in that language.
Technically, the submission is relayed to our internal mailbox via a serverless function and Scaleway's email delivery service (Scaleway S.A.S., Paris, France, fr-par region). Your details are not stored permanently in the function but delivered immediately as an email. No processing takes place outside the EU.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To protect against automated spam submissions, the form contains an additional field that is invisible to you (a "honeypot"). This involves no analysis of your behaviour and no transmission to third parties.
Enquiries by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data will be stored and processed by us. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
Retention period
The data you send us remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing it ceases to apply — for example once your enquiry has been dealt with. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
7. SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://". When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
8. Your rights in detail
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
