What does placement cost?+
For applicants, our advice is free. For companies, the cost depends on the scope and number of placements — you receive a transparent, fixed quote up front, with no hidden fees.
How long does the whole process take?+
Depending on the occupation, language level and visa procedure, the route from selection to arrival usually takes 8 to 14 months. We draw up a realistic schedule at the outset.
What language skills do candidates have?+
Our candidates reach at least level B1 before entry, and B2 in many occupations. The language courses already take place in Vietnam and continue in Germany where needed.
How does the visa procedure work?+
We handle recognition of the qualification, the application itself and all communication with the authorities and the embassy — you and the candidates are guided through every step.
What obligations do I have as an employer?+
You provide an employment contract and support the recognition process. Accommodation, official registrations and integration we take care of together — we agree the exact scope in the initial consultation.
